Top with 2 raspberries, 2 blueberries and an apple slice or two.

Recipe Notes

Toppings: A nice touch is to sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.  Or leave alone for those not wanting that extra sweetness…….that would be me.  Mix about 3 Tablespoons sugar with 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. Store in a cool place.

Different yogurts - I like Greek yogurt for its texture and tang.  See our post for other types of yogurt and their protein values.

Time Saver - The cinnamon apples are delicious and can be made up to a week ahead of time.  But if you are in a hurry just use the fresh berries and you can have this made in a few minutes.

Meal prep on Sunday for the entire week. These yogurt parfaits will last for 5-7 days in the refrigerator.

Or freeze this yogurt parfait recipe for up to a month.  Longer if you don't mind a difference in texture and maybe a little in taste.
